In the Netherlands the birthday of the King/Queen gets celebrated by everyone in the country, every year the King visits another city where they will show him what the city has to offer, this year the King came to Tilburg, and because Willem II, the Eredivisie club from Tilburg has a strong link with the Royal house (the club was named after King Willem II) a banner of Willem II couldn't miss out. So I was asked by Tilburg Tifosi to help them with a design for the big banner they were gonna make for during the parade.
